while the original shot by linedreamer is so beautiful, and i love it with more color remixed - i wanted to see another side of it with a darker tone and more focus on the woman's face...

i thought that this was such a beautiful photograph - i wanted to see it with some color...

ok this was not the direction i was planning on going with this when i downloaded it...but sometimes an image has a mind of its own as far as what it wants to say :)

this was a photo i took a little while ago ago.  i recently passed it on with the advice marcelle had gotten to a friend...and i thought i would post it here as well. 

i added it to the bad advice collab even though it is not really a bad advive remix per se, i thought it was worth adding anyway.

i'd seen eaneikciv's shot and wanted to do something with it - then i saw vedder's remix and put the rest together <3

i love "the fall" by maoooz - the girl in the water looks like a dream...i had to play with the image a bit :)

there were a lot of directions it could have gone in - there is a LOT of remixability in that original photograph.

i hope this captures the dream i wanted to portray in the image i saw :)

emma conner did a beautiful job creating "life through a lens."  in making the iris a RECord button, she really captured the concept that our eyes are our first cameras.

honestly, to save time i am just resourcing v.1 for this, as it has all the resources listed.

i've wanted to do something with krrr's the ballet remix of jcpeterson's awesome beat since the first time i heard it - that thing is increadible!!

i got my hands on avid for a few hours and threw this together as a rough piece.

i love this shot by devine.debris.

it made me think of suddenardor's "will of man" which i think is embodied in haus_of_glitch's "falling into silence" and brujasur's tank top which mixed the idea with an image. 

for me - it's not just that the man in this shot looks like he is yelling - it's that he is impassioned.  with music, with life, with emotion.

because it is true - silence will accomplish nothing.

i really like this shot by arashcivic.  and yesterday when therocketroad's "heart beat strong" came on my itunes i thought that the lyrics could be really cool laid over the image.

i love the girl with the long hair by urbanation - i wanted to color her in, but didn't have a way to print her and not have the ink run with the paint...so - sketched her out and colored her in with watercolors :)

not exactly the same - but hopefully useful :)
