"Determinism": So, someone's put up a feature film. Righteous.
"Into the Sun", "Fast Fell That Star", "A Commercial Edge", "Shadow Party", "a story of precisely 300 words"... This is kind of Re-Recs tdolan Fansquee Edition, but there you are. The project the produced "Fast Fell That Star" is still one that amazes & intrigues me, and one I'd love to see more of. And "a story of precisely 300 words" - a lot of time has been spent this year trying to teach me how to counsel people to quit smoking. What it's glossed over is what it's like to smoke - the emotional force and presence of smoking. I think it's necessary to get into that, to ever have a footing to talk with someone about it, and this story gets into it with such certainty and exactitude (yes! that's what it's like to fumble around in my damned purse!) that it's done more useful good than a lot of my fancy education. So, Fansquee, basically. There it is.
"Fishing" - I love the blur off that submerged heart. I also love how I can feel that ball in my hand, just looking at it, in "lostgirlofneverland"'s portrait.
"Built", and "yeah I dream of you (revised)", and "thief", are all raw-yet-worked, and wonderful. This is what I like HitRecord for best, actually. Thank you all.

Set in a racially charged university, DETERMINISM pinpoints on Alec, an alienated Indian American college student who’s run out of options. Honing in on a local dealer’s stash and enlisting the help from his ex-cokehead best friend Tristan, Alec unwittingly sets off a bloody chain reaction of violence that may lead to the point of no return.
these two were from a photographic experiment I did that was basically pulling two strangers together, putting them in positions of intimacy and asking them to reveal hidden truths. By the end of each shoot they looked utterly and incandescently in love. Rather fitting for the joy of a meteor shower explained in the tiny inspirational story.
this guy is a potato bear and he needs some story.

I certainly know what I was thinking when I painted this, but everyones reactions and stories seem so very different that I would be fascinated to see some tiny stories based on this---have at it!

People always talk about seeing animals in the sky and I think this little guy could use a good story.
