A speed-painting of a motive I've wanted to do for a long time. Took me about 1 hour in Photoshop CS5.

This painting is dedicated to my grandfather, who didn't die at the battlefield, but suffered from trauma throughout his life, as he experienced a lot of bad things during the war, fighting the Germans.
His wife died quite early, and he never fully rejuvenated after the loss of his dear wife. I can't imagine the torment that he had to go through, bearing the agony of war-memories on one shoulder, and the agony of missing his true soulmate and love - on the other shoulder.

Tribute to not only Dan, but for all the members in this community that came together and poured love for both Dan and Joe. It was incredibly touching, and shows how remarkable hitRECord has become <3

jonthewallflower started a collaboration for DIY valentines and started posting his and I immediately fell in love. I'm a sucker for anything handmade. I of course in my selfish nature wanted one and luckily I'm happy to say there will be a trade among us! yay! here's my DIY valentine. Pretty punny, huh? Oh man, I promise I'm done. ahahaha!
