Hej,

I am new to this so I'm still learning to get to know hitRECord. 

So if I did something wrong or if what I post is total crap or useless or both, please tell me so I can learn out of it.

This is the first thing I have ever made like 6 months ago, so I'm still a rookie at this.

Just messing around with some sounds on logic and came across these cool African drum sounds and instruments and what not. Decided to put together this little piece. 

Let me know if you want stems for remixing.

The Trans-Fats is a duo featuring Danny Morledge and Kevin Straine (me). This track is from our first jam-collaboration entitled "Long Weekend."

Reupload because of earlier encoding issues. Isolated vocal track. I followed the instructions exactly as specified because it's late and I've never done this before so I thought I'd do a test run to see if I can even record decent sounding audio at all.

This is an old recording I made that makes sense out of the nonsense that was floating around my head at the time, it's sloppy and winging it at best but it might inspire some ideas from someone out there.

I've had this song idea kicking around since the summer. It had lyrics and a vocal melody at one point, but I was never happy with it and have never been able to make it work.

So, I thought I'd throw it up here in case anyone wants to do something with it. I'd love to hear someone's voice on it!

Pardon the sloppiness...I ain't no clean geetarist!

P.S. This is the hitRECord debut of the new mic I got for Christmas!!! :D

Hi hitrecorders:)

This is my first upload , whoop whoop:-)

That was an experiment on the loop station. Recorded in line in through Edirol Recorder. My daughter's toys and 14 layers of vocals gradually. Turned to be a nice drone for a proper song. Needs lyrics, panning and mixing. 

My friend Dave added bass to it.

Go with a flow, there's lots of nice textures here to play with.
