Nothing but silence and bird song in this section of Ubud's Sacred Monkey Forest. No large tourist groups chattering away. None of the sacred monkeys trying to steal anything shiny from my person. It wasn't just quiet. It was still.


I looked up, saw this... and suddenly renewed my belief that there is magic in this world.
