All my voyager records (REmixes) in one album. Monika Dekowska's work really spoke to me, and i think fit well with the whole voyager theme.
I would love to animate some of these illustrations into a short film, unfortunately i don't have access to an animation program.
The voyager audio remixes are the first I've ever done, and I've had a lot of fun with them, although some may need work.

So here is a rough draft video for Bell's awesome song the sound. it does need tweaking for sure, id like to add more voyager footage when available. i did the video in a similar style to joab nevo's altered voyager video

I love this song 'altered' by Joab Nevo, and put together a video for it not that long ago. I thought it sort of fits into the Voyager collab, especially as taramarie's robot reminded me a bit of the voyager without the tv head. i added toss and dr gory's take on the animated Voyager, and some apocalyptic footage by Lawrie Brewster. I'd like to add more voyager footage when available, and possibly some overlays when i get a new video editing program. for now, my program doesn't allow for overlays.
feel free to remix or offer comments or suggestions. best viewed full screen with headphones

Lyrics
Altered
There's a welcome party held under ground
For the salty girl from our sugar town
She's the chosen queen
Of our little scene
And she's back after the operation
All the girls and boys
Out there making noise
Came to show her a sweet time / Are in awe of the alteration
So very sugary now
We’re gonna make her feel secured (Can't shake off that sensation)
Protected, safe and re-assured (This feeling of sedation)
We've finally had her fully cured (Lack of orientation)
So sweet, from head to tit to feet (Can't shake off that sensation)
So holy, so right, so complete (She's lost in their translation)
So sweet, She's soon to have a fit (Succumb to desperation)
So very sugary now
She's the chosen queen
Of our little scene
And she's back after the operation
All the girls and boys
Out there making noise
Are in awe of the alteration
She's out on a limb
it's a broken dream
Caught in a chemical reaction
Now it all looks grim
And her lights are dim
Can't shake it off, shake shake it off OFF
i added a few lines from aszarkowski's "i eat the broadcast" voice over to the song 'altered'. i like her speaking voice and thouoght it sounded cool in the REmix.

i still don't really know what the voyager is for sure, so this may be her homeland or earth as it will become. so i guess it's open to interpretation
also, i've shown images in the voyagers tv screen in a few remixes, i think she likes to give us visuals as she's speaking to really get her message across
best with headphones
after 2 attempts, and too much free time on my hands ^_^ i think i finally got the remix as close as possible to what i envisioned for it. my intent was to give it a sort of Bjork-esque feel, as i love how she always paints rich soundscapes. the ending is still abrupt but flows much better, i think. i did upload an instrumental version and a new full length instrumental version as well, if anyone cares to remix. so that is all, folks

im using a different audio remixer, and it's super basic, not sure if i can fade out the sound, so it ends abruptly. best listened to with headphones
just a rough remix i did with my windows movie maker, and then converted to mp3. maybe it can be of use? just thought there were so many remixes of i eat the broadcast and feed, that it would be nice to here something a little different.

im not the greatest with audio remixes, but i have fun with them, and this is what i came up with for consume me.
this is the correct upload, voice over started too soon on other version. anyway, i really like ola's music so i wanted to try a seductive beast version with 2 of her songs.
best listened to with headphones
still a bit rough, but i think maybe a better version than the first? just malicore and aszarkowski, with a record player static effect, i still think this beat is perfectly sexy for the tone of the voice over
my headphones broke so i can only listen to this on computer speakers, but im assuming it will still sound best with headphones,
i really like the vocals by ola and robin, they remind me a bit of esthero.
this one has the best sound quality, but maybe i need to add something or choose a different beat?
Best with headphones
Ok, I am, as i'm sure you can tell, by no means an audio designer or audio remixer, and this probably isn't the greatest remix but i loved Malicore's dark porn funk take on aszarkowski's reading. so i thought i would play around with sound effects a liitle, adding more static and some space noises. isome of the same marieiv used in her test animation. it's kind of subtle changes i guess.
anyway just thought i'd upload for fun.
best listen with headphones. still a bit rough, but better sound quality than version one.
this little musical nightmare was inspired by metaphorest and aeb's lullabies. i think some more sound effects could make it creepier.

this lullaby by meta is so cool, i just had to give it an old phongraph feel, or try to anyway. hope u all like it. and sorry for the overabundance of voyager records from me, this collab has just been very inspiring. for some reason

i cut this down to fit into the 90 second time frame, i also added some background vocals to i hope give it a little bit fulller sound.
actually 8 secs over, but can be condensed a little more.
i've been doing mostly ambient/electronic audio remixes lately, so i wanted to try a different genre of music. so this is the last version of this text/voiceover, also the only one i did in the 90 sec range
i know this is well over 90 seconds, any suggestions as to how/what to cut?
this is waaaayyyy past the 90 second mark, but i can cut down if needed. the whole thing is so well-written i just wanted to leave it whole for now.
Also. i know a lot of people tend to prefer the more distorted, monster/alien voice for voyager, but i kind of like the more human-sounding voice. i could try it more alien-esque though if people would like to hear it that way
i had to do a little bit of editing to get the voice over under 90 seconds, but i think i did ok, just tried to cut out words or phrases that weren't as significant to the meaning of the original writing. any suggestions or feedback is welcome, especially since i'm not 100% sure I'm satisfied with this remix
just experimenting with more audio remixes. i think i'm liking this one more than version 1. any thoughts?
i realized that the first version i uploaded of no honey here v2, i accidentally had muted 2 elements that i had meant to add. i thought i'd "fix" it and re-upload, it's not a huge change, but i think it makes it a little fuller sounding,
