So, first of all I have read quite a few Voyager texts and if my head is spinning after reading a few then poor Dr. Gory - someone get him a cupcake and a copy of Nemo.

Ok, I really like Moreldi's Voyager Virus Text Confabulation by bluetiger404. The scientific report style is great. I do think it report needs a bit more formality though. If it was non-emotive, strict in its assessment, zero empathy then the gravity of it being beyond our control would really sit uncomfortably with the reader/viewer which is great for setting the scene.

I read Living Doll (voyager REmix) by bellaarts and consume me (voyager collab) by lemon one after the other and I pictured Living Doll being spoken by a cheesy, creepy talk show presenter with circus ring master qualities. He would be saying 'She stands before you naked, a pathetic plaything' and 'Does she amuse you?' etc. while dancing around her like she's a trophy. This ring master character is kind of the twisted spirit guide warning of of impending doom, but all the while laughing at us because it's far too late. He's making the most out of this for himself.

Intersected with the Living Doll text I see Consume Me spoken by the Voyager character. I can hear this character having a Marilyn Monroe esque voice that audiable degrades a points during the monologue. The voice will be sweet and every now and then get skewed and really creep you out.

I think consume me and Living Doll are a great combo. Consume me is the comforting familiar voice, telling you this is the new world and its ok and Living Doll is the warning but the consume me voice which is comforting and in circles it goes. The Virus text would be the opener to meeting the ring master and Voyager.
