from our WTF Dept: inexplicable formation in the sky as i drove to work the other morning. happily i did not run off the road trying to photo it.

this little guy slammed into our livingroom window...so i sat with him to ward off our cats until he recovered - and that's why he let me take his picture from inches away. :-)

here's tonight's moon, coming up over the mountains like a wrathful eye o' god... the teeny lights are cars driving over the mountain and along the valley floor. added some antique-y touches since my nighttime photo skillz are so lame.

here it is! and you thought i was kidding...

took this photo in 2009. my partner did some roto-tilling recently, and he's still out there (likely his progeny we see everywhere!) lives underneath a wine half-barrel. ha!

stopped by the 2 local post offices after work, to see if people were taking some love. success!

tho can you tell which was printed on heavier paper? lol. maybe that was not such a good idea....

when these get used up, i'm going to print out tori's version and post those. and after that...hopefully i'll be posting other versions by all you sweet h-artists.

from my great aunt's very old photo album (circa early 1900s). i've been slowly coloring this in, playing with different textures and color schemes, but thought maybe you all would like to play at it too, or maybe it could inspire a little story (love the expression on the boy's face...) i think a bunch of different versions would be grand!
