You HitRECorders are working much too hard. It's time to take a shower and freshen/lighten things up. OK, so I'm not REALLY singing. Just lip synced to the scratch track @ 1:04 and 2:21. Everyone is still loved.
Tried to get everyone's posters on here. Sorry if I missed anyone. I have a few placeholders to update if I did. Hope you all like it. I can't wait to see the posters that comes from the "heart" of Austin, Texas! Will add resources shortly... once I find some time.
Here is a REmix of Dan's "SXSW Sean & Lyla in Horse Buggy." I combined it with Dan's "Regular Sean" RECord and cut the running time quite a bit and re-worked it a bit.
Hopefully watching this new version will be like checking it out for the first time! I wanted it to feel like a new experience for those that have scoped these RECords out already.
here is an idea ive been playing around with. Anatomy of a RECord, like a behind the scene on how we make some of our best records.
anyways here is my first pass at it for MMM.. i still want to add some more titles and i need to figure out some why to convey how the score came together visually. feel free to add/ remix/ you know do what we do here to this.
oh and cause of its size... you most likely will need to download it to view it
This is the version of the New Time Collaboratorium that screened at SXSW 2010. This was such a fast and ambitious project and there were so many pieces from the contributions I wanted to fit in but ran out of time! But not to fret The New Time has expressed that they would love to keep this collaboration going.
This video of course is missing the live accompaniment of the band, so melodically it's not super compelling by itself.
So let's keep evolving this and we can finally turn this into the full on collaboration that it has been aching to become! Thanks to everyone who pitched in.
Shot on the streets of SXSW... Lets put together short tight 1 minute pieces from these. Throw a short bumper on the end that says hitRECord.org and SXSW 2010
For showing at TONIGHT's two shows so go quick like a bunny!
