oh dear, i think i've got a new addiction underway....

this took just a stupid amount of time, so i hope it comes off. tried to match imagery to that sense of changing consciousness into dreamland....

I was reading deeasherself's "Introduction for Falling Dreams" and a flood of ideas came along. I did the best I could to put together some of those ideas and I kinda like the result.

It was pretty fun to complile so many REsources; I found incredible RECords along the way :)

Just for the record, my microphone is broken (so I had to improvise the voice-over, which means not so great sound quality plus my voice at 3am) and there may be some pronunciation mistakes, I don't know...

Anyway, I would love if someone else recorded a new voice-over.

Set to the somber sounds of gbwhale's "I Walk Alone," this RECord is my interpretation of a man (with hat) who goes to sleep and has the inability to fully realize his dreams due to circumstances of his past.

The visuals in his dreams are fragmented and unclear. The purest images he sees are those of cold ice, and his lonely feet walking through snow. The things that matter, or mattered, to him are fading into unrecognizable memories.

Sorry, takes a while before you can see the effect.. the file is too big. My mistake.

Was just messing around with my video editing software and converted the whole thing into a gif file. Markes good sky for falling was a perfect sky for flying ;)

just seemed like a natural....
