Alright, soooo. There's a lot of stuff going on in my brain for this, and I'm not quite sure where to go from here.
As of tonight, and I will continue to add to this, I have added RECords I think could certainly be used in my "Much Less Dancing" Fall Formal play (also in this album).
(IF this gets portrayed at FF. This is one enormous IFFFFF)
Right now we need quite a few things:
1. A legit time lapse to use. The ones I have in here are GORGEOUS, but they're all seperate videos. Ideally, I'd like one time lapse of just the sky from say 9pm till after sunrise. OR it'd be splendid if someone could put the night/sunrise videos I keep finding together. You guys are all super talented with video, so I wouldn't put it past you to work some magic on this. And that's certainly the hitRECord way of doing this, n'est-ce pas?
The "play" itself isn't long, but one of the most important visual aspects is the time going by -- as noted by the characters by the sky, as they're outdoors.
2. MUSIC. As it's a DANCE, music is very important, and I am so very in love with hitRECord music, so what better way to utilize it? Both fast paced and slow paced. Read the script! If you think a particular song fits, let me know!

So, at first I had this kind of "1950s/swing" image in my head for this, but after listening to some hitRECorders' music... I think that it doesn't really matter what style music is playing, as long as you can dance to it.
Mostly I found a lot of kindaaa slower paced things. So I really would like some music at a quicker speed.
So take a listen to the songs, suggest some more (PLEASE), and it would be most excellent if anyone could let me know the most suitable place for whatever song you happen to think fits perfectly.
ie. catness suggested "You Do Your Thing" when they're walking in, and "Bound" when Boy takes Flower's hand.
and every time I listen to "Dude/Dudette", I imagine the "fade to black" part, like credits at the end of a film or something. I can picture it playing as soon as the lights go off and when the performers take their bows, etc.
3. DANCING. I don't really have any particular style chosen out, but swing-ish would still be my favorite to see, and then slow dancing at parts as well. We won't be able to play the entirety of whatever songs go into this because of the length of the piece, but i want it to be a healthy mash up of fast/slow songs. Everyone will be dancing with partners, too, keep in mind.
4. I don't know. :D I'm seriously at a loss for what to do next. But I really, really would love some help.
