i'm so honored to be part of the collab 'saving sTiTchToWn'. moonbug was inspired by my apple crumble pie, that he asked me if i could come up with a 'pamagotchi pie'. and here it is. in real-life, i call this "Heaven's Pie." its ingredients are cornflakes toppings, carrot streusel, mango, apple, banana and custard. i don't know if such recipe do exist (but so far, based from my research, no one has ever done this so, yeah, this is one of my successful experiments so far), but if you happen to know one, tell me asap! i'd never thought that it'd come out this goooooooooooood. it's subtly sweet, and the crunch from the cornflakes combined with the creamy texture of the flan/custard plus the softness of the sliced fruits that added to its creaminess, gawd, you'd be wanting for more! best eaten when chilled. :)
