a sort of stream of consciousness-y thing ive been writing lately. i saw this timelapse vid today by bluebudgie and was really inspired to experiment with it. i understand how this might be seen as political or preachy or offensive.. but i honestly dont mean to be any of those things. it is directed at me more than anyone else. there's a lot of literary reference nod's in the text.
sub-point: the track is an instrumental version of everything is on fire
'Twas half past eleven
On Christmas Eve night
As I sipped some hot cocoa
And grinned with delight
All the presents were wrapped
All the cookies were baked
wow, i'm really going with a heart theme today. made this with a pen i found in an old pocketbook and an index card. shaddows have hearts too, they're just a little harder to find ...unless you use negative space.
this is what i imagine really happens when shadows come into the light.
especially dedicated to lindsayyyyy and crispyfuller so you always remember this: that those who cannot hear the music, think the dancers mad. <3
One time when I was half asleep in History, the teacher shouted: "SEX!" And it made me lift my head up. Then he explained that most people will generally react to the word, and if you say it, others will start paying attention to your conversation.
So I added that little piece of learned knowledge in to my chalkboard stop motion. Because I have something to tell you. :)
Feeling uninspired? Draw on something blank! I learned that from xobreexo. <3 [also, I feel like this bad boy needs some sound effects. I picture sherbetheads "I feel like a baby kitten" audio to go over the half a second stick sex scene. Any takers?)
Again by chalk
I made this little guy as a reminder to myself to follow my heart and dreams. and not let anything get in between us. even though sometimes I feel like I'm running around in circles, I know it will be worth it in the end.
