Here are my re-REC's for the past... month! Oh gosh, I've fallen so behind. I haven't included any Tiny Stories because I'll be making a separate album for the collab Marke just released. Yeah. Here we go! In no particular order...

Alive by PASIV - I love MOST of the music that gets posted on this site, but I really love tunes that right away I can picture being used in a REmix - this is one of those tunes. It's simple and pretty and sets a mood right away, and it makes me want to REmix a video just so I have a reason to use this song.

ReC ThiS by liquidgreg - Same with this song! Totally different vibe though, so I thought I'd include it. Who's got some action footage they need a song for? Check this one out!

Love. by jestsaying - I dig most if not all of her stuff, but this one I think could be REmixed into a short movie, easily. It's one of those RECords that's just begging for a VO!

REmembering Christmas by phenomenaaa - WOO CHRISTMAS STORIES! A bit of a tragic one, so far. I love it, and I love parts 2 and 3 as well, but I figured I'd link the first one here. Phen's writing is really engaging, and this is a perfect example of that.

joe in his element by elayne - This is the type of image RECord that makes me wish I wasn't pants at photoshop. There have been a few photo REmixes from the college tour so far, but I love this one because it just. It's so hitRECord-y? If that makes sense? All the tees and the colors and Joe being animated and I love it.

And. by carelesscolor - I can't quite put into words why I love this so much, but I just think it's a great piece of writing. Visual, on a few levels, and yeah. Just really beautiful.

KnitRECord Knit-u-LARITY #2 by alpal - This feels like a selfish re-REC because I'm in it, but, I'm RECing it more so because like, all I did was send alpal a clip of me walking around in the subway hallway thing, and she cut it up into this hilarious < 2 minute knit-u-larity. AGAIN. Her sense of humor is fantastic.

the art police by wirrow - Awwww. I love this, and I love the reason he gave for creating this, and I love neon colors, and the wirrow-dudes big angry eyes, and I love this. Yes.

Glow, love. by AndyBlalock - I've seen some cool lights/exposure videos before, but this is so lovely, I had to reREC it. Another one of those RECords that makes me want to learn how to do cool things. The story is cute and the 'animation' is cute and yes. Love this. Watched it 239700 times.

Pete's Challenge (REmixed) by sexymoustache - AGAIN, I just love her way with words. When I finally get to recording my Pete's Challenge video, this will be the text I use as a script. Really well put, and the vibe is still the same as it was before.

To Those Who Weren't As Lucky (Unfolding the Snow #1, Thursday 11:11/10) Video Version by teafaerie - This is one of the RECords, if not THE RECord I go back and watch when I want to just... feel something. I guess. I'm not sure how to describe it. It always hits me so hard in such a powerful way, and it feels selfish to say that, but at the same time... part of how I gauge how much I like a piece of art is how much it makes me feel, and this just takes the cake.

FTP XXVIII - Tea Faerie by Celebrin - Um, yeah. This is the Tea Faerie being a fucking badass. Need I say more?

VocalNebula by KamPAIGN - SCREAM. I'm such a sucker for harmonies and a cappella and this is wonderful. I will find a reason to use this for a video, mark my words!! KamPAIGN has a ton of RECords that I love, but this one just hits me in all the right places. Awesome.

I'm here just beside you:) by ask_Jean - AWWW. I love this! I think it's just such a cool concept and man I want to be a cartoon character, haha. But really, I'd love to see more people put up fun 'self portrait' RECords, although now that I mention it, I think I did see a collab for that somewhere...

Let it Snow! by AdamPodd - YAY HOLIDAY SONGS! YAY GORGEOUS PIANO PLAYING! -- SOB. Apparently this isn't public domain. That's him playing, and his friend singing, but the song itself isn't in the PD. That's so sad. :( I still REC it, though.
