Haven't put anything up in a while but I hope you guys like this!
This was a piece I wrote and recorded last night for a film scoring project. There's a couple weird volume changes because it's supposed to duck underneath a voiceover, but I thought I'd throw it on here anyway. If anyone needs volume remixes for it just let me know.
This is a fanfare I was asked to write for my graduation, figured I'd put it up here!
This is a touched up version of Tamquam Reus.
This is a creepy version of The itsy bitsy spider. Listen to it loud with headphones!
New piece! Very different from most of my other stuff.
This is inspired by the shadow collab... it's the first of a few short themes intended for each one of the types of shadows. This one was written with the Longrays in mind.
Just some dance music I put together.
Changed the name. FINALLY finished with it... might add in the latin text to the choir later, but we'll see. Here's the latin text with the english translation below it.
Ingemisco, tamquam reus: Preces meae non sunt dignae, Quid sum miser tunc dicturus? quem patronum rogaturus, cum vix justus sit securus? Juste judex ultionis, donum fac remissionis ante diem rationis. Confutatis maledictis, flammis acribus addictis, voca me cum benedictus Qui Mariam absolvisti, et latronem exaudisti, mihi quoque spem dedisti. Oro supplex et acclinis, cor contritum quasi cinis, gere curam mei finis. I moan as one who is guilty:
culpa rubet vultus meus;
supplicanti parce, Deus.
sed tu, bonus, fac benigne,
ne perenni cremer igne.
owning my shame with a red face;
suppliant before you, Lord.
My prayers are unworthy,
but, good Lord, have mercy,
and rescue me from eternal fire.
What shall a wretch like me say?
Who shall intercede for me,
when the just ones need mercy?
Righteous judge of vengeance,
grant me the gift of absolution
before the day of retribution.
When the accused are confounded,
and doomed to flames of woe,
call me among the blessed.
You, who absolved Mary,
and listened to the thief,
give me hope also.
I kneel with submissive heart,
my contrition is like ashes,
help me in my final condition.
