Words:
At first, I'm afraid.
It came true. I'm falling.
You used to say I love you... softly, but proudly
"I love you."
But things get broken.
They can't be fixed.
We'll never again find ourselves in this predicament.

"I won't love you anymore."
Questions go unanswered, nothing can be held for long.
I want to wake up.

Things that are lost are rarely ever found.

okay. so. This is my first ever true audio record.  I was hoping to write a song, but I'm not great with words (what up small vocabulary) and I can't sing (yay tone deaf!), so I was *hoping* maybe someone can work with this. Right now it's just an instrumental, created with GarageBand loops.

When putting it together, the thought was to have the song be based around building and crashing, like slowly churning until overflowing. Not so much like pent up anger bursting, but more like a sea of emotion that grows until it's almost numbing (if that makes sense.)

BUT feel free to of course take it wherever you want.  As I said, my first time EVER trying to do something like this, so I would really love your feedback - positive, negative, everything in between.

[INSTRUMENTAL]

When I play with the loops, I make up songs in my head to come up with some kind of arrangement... so with no experience except listening to music on a day to day basis, I'm sorry if the arrangements are weird.

I actually wrote lyrics to this one which I'll post soon, but really feel free to do whatever you please with this track, I was just testing personal boundaries to see what I could do.

I'm uploading this with the hope that others can help build upon it.

In my head, I hear the bass loop continually being added to - with like a metronome, claps, oohs, and other things as the song progresses (that's why I need your creativity <3!) In the end I saw it as this song that grows in such a way a quake does - the climax being a collection of sounds that would make dust fall off the walls and you could feel it in the pit of your stomach.

I imagine it being a lot longer, but I just uploaded something to work with.

idk. I can hear it in my head, but the connection between my brain and my hands is often weak. Do with it what you will.
